Boutiques Authorises 72 Million Yen Buyback

TOKYO, Jun 16 (Pulse News Wire) – Boutiques has authorised a share repurchase programme capped at 72 Million Yen.

Acquisitions will be conducted via off-auction block buys via ToSTNeT-3 and discretionary-mandate purchases through a trust.
