As of March 31, Motoei holds 20.0% of the direct voting rights and 43.0% through consolidation, totaling 63.1%. There are no related-party transactions reported between the company and Motoei.

In cases where transactions occur involving the controlling shareholder, the company follows general transaction conditions and ensures fair dealings. All such transactions are reviewed by the board of directors, comprising five outside directors and three outside auditors, regardless of their size.
