Baby Calendar Reports Special Losses for FY2025

TOKYO, Jun 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Baby Calendar Inc. (7363.T) reported special losses totaling ¥119.5 million for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025.

The company recorded impairment losses of ¥37.0 million due to declining asset profitability and extinguishment gains of ¥1.3 million from the merger with Yuikai Corporation on July 1, 2025. Additionally, costs related to the investigation of former CFO's alleged misappropriation of funds amounted to ¥81.3 million.

These special items have been included in the company’s unaudited consolidated results released earlier today. The findings prompted the establishment of a special investigative committee comprising external lawyers and certified public accountants, which was set up on February 13, 2026, to examine the circumstances and causes behind the irregularities.
