Az-Com Maruwa Holdings Sets Up Shareholder Privileges Program
TOKYO, Jul 22 (Pulse News Wire) – AZ-COM MARUWA Holdings Inc. (9090.T) announced the establishment of a shareholder privileges program aimed at rewarding shareholders and enhancing stock liquidity.
Under the program, shareholders holding 400 shares or more as of September 30, 2026, will receive points based on their shareholding amount, which can be redeemed for various products through a dedicated website. Points range from 3,000 for 400 to 499 shares up to 50,000 for holdings of 2,000 shares or more. The program also allows for point accumulation across multiple participating companies via WILLsCoin, enabling broader redemption options. The company plans to launch the program for eligible shareholders as of September 30, 2026, with subsequent annual eligibility determined by the same date.
Points earned can be carried forward once per year, but will expire if the shareholder's holdings fall below 400 shares by the end of September. Detailed instructions and application methods will be sent to qualifying shareholders. In a separate statement, the company noted that the introduction of this program is expected to have a minor impact on its non-consolidated performance. Any significant changes affecting future earnings will be disclosed promptly.
