AUN Consulting Announces Nominees for Upcoming Annual Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – AUN Consulting,inc. (2459.T) has determined the candidates for directors to be presented at its 28th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled for August 25, 2026.

Formal appointments will be made during the shareholders’ meeting. The nominees for directors (excluding audit committee members) are: - Shinta Akira, currently serving as CEO and representative director - Takashi Ogawa, currently serving as director - Fuyuhara Tetsuichi, currently serving as outside director Additionally, Fuyuhara Tetsuichi has also been nominated as a candidate for the position of alternate auditor director.
