Atrae Expands Shareholder Benefits Program Starting October 2026

TOKYO, Jul 10 (Pulse News Wire) – Atrae,inc. (6194.T) announced changes to its shareholder benefits program aimed at increasing investor engagement and rewarding long-term holdings.

The revised program, approved by the board, offers enhanced points based on shareholding levels, with adjustments made to previous tiers. Under the updated scheme, shareholders holding 500 to 699 shares will now receive 10,000 points, while those with 700 to 999 shares will get 20,000 points annually. Holders of more than 1,000 but less than 1,499 shares will earn 30,000 points, and those with over 1,500 up to 1,999 shares will receive 48,000 points. Shareholders owning 2,000 or more shares will continue to qualify for 65,000 points. Points can be exchanged for Amazon gift cards at a rate of 1 point per ¥1.

The expanded program begins for shareholders recorded in the October 31, 2026, register, with no initial holding period requirement. However, from 2027 onwards, shareholders must maintain their holdings for at least one year across three consecutive registers to qualify for rewards. Points cannot be carried forward to subsequent years. In addition, Atrae plans to launch a dedicated website for shareholders in December 2026, providing detailed instructions on how to redeem points through various channels, including electronic money, goods, and services. The company also notes that the annual general meeting's voting rights and dividend payment dates will shift from September 30 to October 31 to facilitate constructive dialogue with shareholders.
