Asahipen To Cancel Treasury Shares

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Asahipen Corporation (4623.T) resolved at today’s board meeting to cancel treasury shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act. The company plans to cancel ordinary shares amounting to 400,000 (representing 8.89% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation).
