Asahi Group Holdings to Hold Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting on Sept 9

TOKYO, Jul 08 (Pulse News Wire) – Asahi Group Holdings,ltd. (2502.T) announced plans for an extraordinary shareholders meeting scheduled for September 9, 2026, at 10:00 AM.

The meeting will take place at the Event Hall on the first floor of Belsar Shinjuku Grand, Room 17-3. The purpose of the meeting includes reporting on the 102nd fiscal year's operations from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025, along with consolidated financial statements and audit results presented by the auditor and audit committee.
