ART Vivant CEO Launches MBO at 1,900 Per Share

TOKYO, Jul 10 (Pulse News Wire) – announced the launch of a management buyout for ART VIVANT CO.,LTD. (7523.T) at ¥1,900 per share.

The offer is conditional on acquiring at least 2,987,200 shares, representing 2.6% of outstanding shares. The tender offer period runs from July 13 through August 25, 2026.

Upon completion, the company will be delisted from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
