Arr Planner reases Overdraft Facility Limit

TOKYO, Jul 23 (Pulse News Wire) – Arr Planner CO.,LTD. (2983.NG) announced that its board of directors, held, resolved to increase the overdraft facility limit previously established with Fukui Bank on February 05, 2024.

The revised agreement will raise the borrowing limit from [¥100 million] to [¥600 million]. Under the updated contract, which takes effect on August 03, 2026, and remains valid for one year with annual renewals, Arr Planner intends to utilize the expanded funding framework to support the acquisition of properties for sale.

The interest rate will be based on variable rates plus a spread, and the loan will remain unsecured and without guarantees. Looking ahead, the company anticipates minimal impact on its current fiscal performance due to this adjustment.
