TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Ariake Japan CO.,LTD. (2815.T) completed the distribution of restricted shares awarded as employee compensation on July 17.

The transaction involved the disposal of ordinary shares totaling 3,014 at a price of ¥4,970 per share, resulting in a total value of ¥15.0 million. The shares were distributed to six executives, excluding audit committee members and outside directors.
