Arealink Reports July Operating Data; Total Units Reach 136,422

TOKYO, Aug 06 (Pulse News Wire) – Arealink Co.,Ltd. (8914.T) reported its July operating data, showing total units reached 136,422.

The company's operational occupancy rate stood at 78.18%, while existing unit occupancy was 86.38%. New unit occupancy was recorded at 47.90%. In July, Arealink opened 81 properties totaling 2,293 rooms, including nine self-operated facilities with 304 rooms and 72 partner-operated sites.

Notable openings included a facility in Chiba Prefecture with 53 rooms and several locations across Fukuoka Prefecture. For the fiscal year through July, Arealink achieved a cumulative addition of 1,754 rooms, surpassing its initial plan of 15,000 rooms. The company adjusted its target for the year to 18,000 rooms, maintaining the end-of-year goal unchanged.
