Appbank Adjusts Exercise Price for 15th Tranche Warrant

TOKYO, May 18 (Pulse News Wire) – AppBank Inc. (6177.T) decided to adjust the exercise price of its 15th tranche warrant during a board meeting held.

The adjustment will take effect on May 20, 2026, changing the exercise price from ¥186 to ¥103. This decision follows the application of the correction clause stipulated in the issuance conditions of the warrant.

The warrant was originally issued to Milestone Capital/Management Kabushiki Kaisha, Kozou Partners Co., Ltd., Double R LLC, PLANA Co., Ltd., musica Co., Ltd., and Quantum Leap Co., Ltd. on November 17, 2025.
