TOKYO, Jul 10 (Pulse News Wire) – Anap Holdings Inc. (3189.T) announced the issuance of 17,762 stock options (new share subscription rights) following adjustments due to employee changes.
The total includes 4,000 options for four directors and 8,000 for 22 employees. Originally planned for distribution among employees, some positions changed due to resignations and other circumstances, leading to a reallocation. As a result, the number allocated to subsidiary employees decreased from 2,600 to 1,750, leaving 498 unallocated options.
Of these, 260 were reassigned to directors to strengthen their commitment to long-term value enhancement and performance improvement, while the remaining 238 were not issued. The final allocation remains within the previously approved limit of 8,500 options. The exercise price per option is set at July 10, 2026 yen, equivalent to ¥119 per share.
Further details on the issuance conditions can be found in the June 18 press release titled “Stock Option Issuance Announcement.”.
