Altplusinc. Sets Record Date and Schedule for Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting

TOKYO, Jul 30 (Pulse News Wire) – AltPlusInc.. (3672.T) announced today that it has set the record date and schedule for its extraordinary shareholders’ meeting scheduled for September 25, 2026.

The company determined that the record date for determining eligible shareholders who can exercise voting rights at the meeting will be August 14, 2026. Shareholders whose names are recorded in the final shareholder registry on that day will be entitled to vote at the meeting. The notice was published electronically on the company's website on July 30, 2026. The extraordinary shareholders' meeting will take place on September 25, 2026, at 10:00 AM at Tokyo, Toshima Ku Minami Ikebukuro Room Ro’s Conference Room in Ikebukuro.
