Alpen Completes Share Sale Under Buffer Trust

TOKYO, May 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Alpen CO.,LTD. (3028.T) announced today the completion of its share sale under the Alpen Share Supply-Demand Buffer Trust™.

As of May 20, 2026, the company sold a total of 2,330,000 shares, generating proceeds of ¥4.880 billion. The sale was conducted through the exchange trading system within the regular trading session from May 01, 2026, to May 20, 2026.

The trust, established based on a resolution made during the board meeting held on December 24, 2025, aimed to sell up to 2,500,000 shares. In addition, the trust had previously acquired 2,330,000 shares on December 26, 2025, via off-market closing price transactions on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

With this latest sale, all shares intended for disposal under the trust have now been fully liquidated.
