Almado Completes Employee Share Transfer With Adjustments

TOKYO, Jul 29 (Pulse News Wire) – Almado,inc. (4932.T) completed the issuance of restricted shares to employees.

Initially planned for 108 employees, the number was adjusted to 107 due to one employee's withdrawal. As a result, the total number of shares transferred decreased from 52,379 to 52,135. Each share was sold at ¥686 per share, reducing the total amount from ¥35.9 million to ¥35.8 million.

The changes were approved during the board meeting held on May 15, 2026. According to the company, the adjustments were necessary due to discrepancies between initial allocation plans and final outcomes. Almado stated that the impact on the current fiscal performance remains minor.
