TOKYO, Jul 21 (Pulse News Wire) – Allied Telesis Holdings K.K. (6835.T) announced that at the board meeting held , it resolved to cancel shares based on Article 178 of the Companies Act.

The company plans to cancel ordinary shares totaling 1,000,019. This represents 0.95% of the outstanding shares prior to cancellation. The cancellation is scheduled for July 21, 2026.

Following the cancellation, the total number of outstanding shares will be 104,012,157, and the number of treasury shares will be 1,000,000.
