Alleanza Holdings Announces Share Consolidation, Sets Delisting Date

TOKYO, May 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Alleanza Holdings Co.,Ltd. (3546.T) announced plans to conduct a share consolidation that will result in the company's delisting from the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The company will consolidate shares at a ratio of 804:1.

Shareholders holding fractional shares following the consolidation will receive ¥1,465 per pre-consolidation share.

An extraordinary general meeting of shareholders to approve the consolidation is scheduled for April 23, 2026.

The company's shares are expected to be delisted on June 26, 2026.
