AIR Water Completes Restricted Share Issuance for Executive Compensation

TOKYO, Aug 07 (Pulse News Wire) – Air Water Inc. (4088.T) completed the issuance of restricted shares as part of executive compensation.

The issuance was approved during the board meeting held on July 9, 2026. A total of 37,698 ordinary shares were distributed, with each share valued at ¥2,665.

The total amount of the issuance came to ¥100.5 million. The issuance includes restricted shares allocated to three directors and fifteen executives of the company.

Additionally, eleven directors of subsidiary companies also received restricted shares through this distribution.
