TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Aidma Holdings,inc. (7373.T) completed its share repurchase program on July 31.

The company had resolved to repurchase up to 450,000 shares, representing approximately 3.03% of outstanding shares excluding treasury stock, during the period from July 13 to August 31, 2026. As of July 31, Aidma Holdings acquired a total of 450,000 shares through open-market purchases on the Tokyo Stock Exchange.

The aggregate purchase price was ¥452.8 million. The repurchase activity took place from July 13 to July 30, 2026.

This concludes the share repurchase program based on the resolution made at the board meeting held on July 10, 2026.
