The move aims to enhance cross-group communication and optimize fixed costs by consolidating operations into Mode Planning Japan's office located in Tokyo, Chuuou Ku Ginza Nana Choume.

The relocation involves closing the existing office in Sumida Ward, Tokyo, and integrating it with the facilities of Mode Planning Japan, which currently operates in Tokyo, Chuuou Ku. According to the company, the associated expenses are expected to be minor and will be disclosed promptly if necessary.

Additionally, during the 11th Annual General Meeting held today, shareholders approved changes to the company’s articles of incorporation to reflect the new headquarters location in Tokyo, Chuuou Ku, replacing the previous address in Sumida Ward, Tokyo.
