AGS Corp Appoints New Executives Effective June 25 and July 1

TOKYO, Jun 25 (Pulse News Wire) – AGS Corporation (3648.T) announced changes in executive positions effective June 25 and July 1, 2026. On June 25, Awai Kunihiko was appointed as a Senior Executive Officer and Corporate Affairs Department Manager, retaining his previous role as a Senior Executive Officer.

Additionally, on July 1, Amagai Koichi was named a Senior Executive Officer and Welfare Business Division Director, while also continuing as Welfare Business Division Director. Wamura Osamu was promoted to Executive Officer and IT Infrastructure & Security Business Unit Chief, previously serving as Deputy Head of the Business Promotion Department.
