Agratio Urban Design Adjusts Acquisition Dates for Hoyu Corporation and Tamagawa Construction

TOKYO, Jul 17 (Pulse News Wire) – Agratio Urban Design Inc. (3467.T) adjusted the acquisition dates for Hoyu Corporation and Tamagawa Construction due to changes in their operational schedules.

Originally set for March 31, 2026, the effective acquisition date was revised to June 30, 2026, to align with more appropriate management oversight post-acquisition. Under the revised plan, Hoyu Corporation and Tamagawa Construction will officially become subsidiaries of Agratio Urban Design Inc. on April 1, 2026.

However, for accounting purposes, the de facto acquisition date will now be June 30, 2026. As a result, the balance sheet will reflect the consolidation beginning in the first quarter of the fiscal year ending March 2027, while the income statement will consolidate from the second quarter of the same fiscal year.
