Advanced Media to Revamp Reporting Segments Starting April 2027

– Advanced Media,Inc. (3773.T) announced changes to its reporting segments effective from the fiscal quarter beginning April 2027.

The revisions aim to more accurately reflect the company's strategic focus on integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into various aspects of work efficiency and productivity. The company’s initiatives center around promoting the adoption of voice AI technologies through its AISH (AI Super Humanization) strategy. This involves enhancing employee capabilities and fostering collaboration between humans and AI. As part of this effort, Advanced Media acquired feat Corporation in April 2026 to further expand its business in human-AI collaboration.

Under the new structure, the existing “voice business” segment will be divided into two distinct areas: - An AI Voice Recognition Platform Business focused on developing and disseminating platforms centered around AmiVoice® technology. - An AI Services Business dedicated to providing workforce support services leveraging AI applications. Each division will encompass specific subsidiaries, with the platform business targeting Advanced Media and AMIVOICE THAI CO., LTD., while the service business will cover Speed Typing Center Tsukuba, Amisapo, and feat Corporation. The revised reporting segments are set to be disclosed in the first quarter results of the fiscal year ending March 2027.
