Advance Create Completes Share Repurchase; A-Type Shares Eliminated

TOKYO, Apr 30 (Pulse News Wire) – Advance Create CO.,LTD. (8798.T) completed the repurchase and cancellation of its A-type shares as decided during the board meeting held on March 17, 2026.

According to the company’s decision based on Article 178 of the Companies Act, the total number of A-type shares canceled was 5,000,000, representing all A-type shares held by the company. The share cancellation was finalized.
