Access Sees Shift in Top Shareholder
TOKYO, Jul 31 (Pulse News Wire) – Access CO.,LTD. (4813.T) reported changes in its major shareholders, effective July 22, 2026.
As per a filing submitted to the Kanto Finance Bureau Chief, Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) became the largest shareholder, replacing Mr. Tarō Kiyohara. Prior to the change, Mr. Kiyohara held the top position with 50,418 shares, representing approximately 1.28%. Following the shift, his holdings decreased to 50,418 shares, dropping him to the second-largest shareholder position.
Meanwhile, NTT's shareholding increased to 51,346 shares, making up roughly 1.30%, elevating their status to the primary shareholder. Its main businesses include mobile communications, regional communications, long-distance and international communications, and services related to Data Tsuushin. The total number of outstanding voting rights as of January 31, 2026, was 377,750. Access CO.,LTD.'s basic lot size is 100 shares. Looking ahead, the company expects no impact on its consolidated performance due to this change in shareholder composition.
