TOKYO, Jul 27 (Pulse News Wire) – Abc CO.,LTD. (8783.T) announced today the completion of the partial repurchase and cancellation of subscription rights related to its 19th tranche issuance.

The company had previously disclosed plans for this action on July 6, 2026. The repurchased and cancelled subscription rights totalled 274,119 units, with individual entities holding the following quantities: - Seacastle Singapore Pte. Ltd.: 128,181 units - Wowoo Pte.

Ltd.: 74,167 units - Soul Ventures Holdings Limited: 71,771 units The transaction was completed on July 27, 2026, with each subscription right acquired at a price of ¥348 per unit, totaling ¥95.4 million. Following this action, the remaining outstanding subscription rights stand at 82,000 units, distributed as follows: - Wowoo Pte.
