Abalance Corp Resolves Patent Infringement Lawsuits With Jinko Solar Companies

TOKYO, Jul 10 (Pulse News Wire) – Abalance Corporation (3856.T) resolved patent infringement lawsuits initiated by SHANGHAI JINKO GREEN ENERGY ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT CO., LTD. and ZHEJIANG JINKO SOLAR CO., LTD.

(collectively referred to as “JINKO”) against eight subsidiaries. The litigation was dismissed according to a settlement agreement signed on December 30, 2025. Under the agreement, the lawsuit filed in California was withdrawn on January 30, 2026, followed by another dismissal in Texas on February 20, 2026.

Since then, there have been no further developments. The delay in disclosing this resolution was due to changes in management structure beginning in late December 2025, which hindered timely communication between the parent company and subsidiaries. Details of the settlement remain confidential due to non-disclosure agreements with the opposing party.

Regarding future implications, Abalance believes the impact on consolidated operating results will be minor but will promptly disclose any necessary updates should circumstances require it.
